The
Fire/Rescue Services Division is comprised of 1 Division Chief,
6 Lieutenants, 18 Paramedics, 15 Emergency Medical Technicians,
1 Fire Marshal and 1 Secretary. The Division provides Fire
Suppression Services and Advanced Life Support Emergency
Medical Transport Services to the City of Greenacres
and, by contract, to the City of Atlantis. The division
optimizes patient care by maintaining rapid response times,
increased training and implementation of proven techniques.
Additionally, the Division conducts fire inspections and
investigations throughout the city. |

The Fire/Rescue Services Division takes pride
in teaching the community new techniques in Cardio Pulmonary
Resuscitation (CPR), providing blood pressure screenings,
and presenting public awareness lectures. The Fire/Rescue Services
Division participates with the Palm Beach County Health
Department, providing Influenza, Pneumococcal, and Tetanus
Vaccines to seniors, 60 years of age and older, and their
caregivers.
