Inspection Request
IMPORTANT: For successful inspection scheduling:
  1. Provide valid information in all required fields (required fields are indicated with asterisks (*).
  2. To schedule a subcontractor inspection, (such as plumbing, or electric, etc...) please use the corresponding subcontractor permit number.
  3. Ensure all required inspections have passed prior to scheduling the next inspection in a sequence (example... rough electric, plumbing and AC prior to a framing inspection).

Inspections may be requested up to 7:00am to be scheduled for that day. Anything after 7:00am will be scheduled the next business day.

If the inspection is not scheduled for some reason you will be notified the next business day through the phone number or e-mail provided.

To cancel an inspection, please call 561-642-2052 no later than 8:30 am the day of the inspection to avoid a re-inspection penalty fee.
